Jury trial is still tenatively on the schedule in an Emporia aggravated burglary case, but a plea hearing has been added to the docket in Lyon County District Court.
Officially, David Lee Brown has jury trial set for Jan. 2-5, but there is now a plea hearing set for 10:30 pm Thursday after a hearing Thursday was continued.
Brown faces two counts of both aggravated burglary and aggravated battery after an alleged incident in central Emporia in February 2021.
