Pretrial and arraignment is coming in October for a Lyon County methamphetamine distribution case.
James Joseph Lee is formally accused of one count of distributing up to 100 grams of methamphetamine after an alleged incident in September 2022. He’s also accused of single counts of paraphernalia possession and using text messages to commit a felony.
The pretrial is Oct. 5 before Judge Lee Fowler.
