The 2023 Halfway to Everywhere Music and Arts Festival is officially underway.
For the second straight year, the festival began with a special concert inside of the Emporia Granada Theatre Friday night. The evening featured performances by local band Daydream
And the Patti Steel Band.
The festivities continue Saturday afternoon with the official festival getting underway in the downtown corridor at 2 pm. The festival will feature nearly 30 performers across five stages.
Also, the annual Art Market will be in the Farmers Market parking lot at Seventh and Merchant and the first-ever No Coast Film Festival music video event will be at 627 Event Space. KVOE will be broadcasting from Halfway to Everywhere from 1:30 to 4:30 pm.
