One person was taken to Newman Regional Health after a cyclist and car collided Friday afternoon.
Emergency crews were called to 2815 West Highway 50, in front of Clint Bowyer Autoplex, just before 1 pm for an injury accident. A full crash narrative is pending, however, Emporia Fire and EMS tells KVOE News the accident did involve a car and cyclist.
The cyclist was taken to Newman with undisclosed injuries. KVOE will have additional details as they become available.
