The Area Game of the Week is a District 2 Showdown in Class 1A as Olpe hosts Jayhawk-Linn on Friday.
Both teams are undefeated in district play, however, the Jayhawks are 6-0 on the season, while the Eagles are 4-2.
Olpe coach Chris Schmidt says a fast start is pivotal in a game where the winner will most likely win the district championship with one week to play.
Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. from Olpe. Pregame coverage begins at 6:40 p.m. on Country 101.7 FM.
