The latest event in recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month is coming Thursday.
SOS will be hosting a pair of free education and prevention training sessions at Flint Hills Technical College in the morning and afternoon hours. SOS Director Connie Cahoone recently joined KVOE’s Morning Show to preview what each session will entail.
All attendees will receive a certificate for their participation at the end of each session. The morning session will begin with check-in at 8 am and will run from 8:30 am to 12:15 pm.
Check-in for the afternoon session will begin at 12:45 pm and will run from 1:15 pm to 5 pm. For more information or a full schedule visit SOSKansas.com.
