10 members of the Emporia High boys soccer team earned All-Centennial League honors released Friday night.
Senior Alex Mosiman leads the way for the Spartans as a first-team selection.
Four Spartans are second-team selections led by freshman Brayden Sailer, who was also named the league’s Newcomer of the Year. Joining Sailer earning second-team honors includes sophomore Kevin Magana, senior Angel Escalante and junior Andrew Ruxton.
Five Spartans earned honorable mention status: Corbin B’Hymer, freshman Braxton Pugh, senior Chris Lemus, junior Carter Granado, and freshman Emilio Aleman.
Emporia High finished its season with a 10-8 record falling to Newton in a Class 5A regional championship game.
