Lyon County Crime Stoppers has issued its latest Felony Friday subject.
Michael Torrence, 52, has several outstanding arrest warrants — two for failure to appear and one each for failure to abide and violation of the Kansas Offender Registration Act.
Torrens is a black male. He’s 6-foot-2 and 230 pounds. He was last known to be bald with a salt-and-pepper beard.
