Two individuals suffered reportedly minor injuries following a two-vehicle collision near Newman Regional Health Friday afternoon.
The accident was reported at 12th and Chestnut before 3:30 pm prompting a response from Emporia Fire and Police. Full details are currently pending, however, the accident did involve two vehicles and led to a pair of individuals being taken by ambulance to Newman for observation and possible treatment.
Names of those involved have not been announced.

The reported injury crash Friday afternoon followed a reported injury wreck in the Walmart parking lot after 11 am Friday. Nobody was hospitalized after that incident.
