MIAA Offensive Player of the Year Mackenzie Dimarco picked up another All-American award on Saturday. This time, she’s a third-time First Team All-American from the D2CCA. Dimarco scored a career high 50 points while leading Emporia State soccer to its third-straight NCAA Tournament this year. Dimarco cashed in 23 goals and finished her Lady Hornet career with 84 goals and 179 points, both program records. Dimarco has already been named a Second Team All-American by the United Soccer coaches. As of the last weekend of the season, Dimarco is the active career goals leader in NCAA Division II and holds MIAA records for goals and points in a career. Emporia State finished the year 14-6-4 with an 8-2-1 MIAA record.
