CareArc’s Board of Directors has a mix of old and new business for its monthly meeting next week.
Old business includes conversations on the 2020-2024 strategic plan.
New business includes monthly reports for finances, medical board and dental clinic, as well as a review and possible approval of a joint legislative statement and a Continuous Quality Improvement Committee update.
The consent agenda, where several items can be handled with one vote, includes monthly 240B prescription program audits at Emporia’s Graves, Walgreens and Walmart pharmacies as well as one in Eureka. Four executive sessions, all for financial matters, are also planned.
The meeting starts at noon Tuesday at CareArc’s Havenhill Conference Room.
