There has been changes in the schedule with the Flint Hills League Shootout for next week.
First round games were scheduled for Monday and Tuesday at White Auditorium, but have been adjusted. Boys first round games will be played on Wednesday at both Lyndon and West Franklin beginning at 5 p.m. Games to be held at Lyndon are Council Grove vs. Mission Valley at 5 p.m. with Lyndon vs. Northern Heights to follow. Games to be played at West Franklin will be Chase County vs. Central Heights at 5 p.m. with West Franklin and Osage City to follow. First round girls games will be played Thursday at White Auditorium beginning at 3 p.m.
Friday’s schedule will begin with consolation semifinals beginning at 9 a.m. Championship semifinals are scheduled to start at 3 p.m.
Saturday’s schedule will begin at 9 a.m. with the girls seventh place game, followed by boys seventh place at 10:30 a.m. At Noon, the girls fifth place game will take place followed by the boys fifth place game at 1:30 p.m. The girls third place game will take place at 3 p.m. with the boys to follow at 4:30 p.m. Championship games are scheduled for 6 p.m. for the girls and 7:30 p.m. for the boys.
Championship semifinals and 3rd place and championship games will be carried on Country 101.7 FM as well as online at KVOE.com/listen, via the Audacy app. Games will also be streamed on KVOE TV at KVOE.com.
