Lyon County deputies are reporting yet another scam effort.
Deputies have received several reports of people walking on roadways as a way to stop traffic and then sell various items, including jewelry. Deputies say the items are usually counterfeit.
People involved in this scam have been wearing suits and are also driving vehicles with Texas registration information.
