A hearing is coming next month in a Morris County sex abuse case.
The hearing in the case against Robert Wayne Powell will take place March 7. It’s the last scheduled hearing before trial, which is tentatively set for April 29-May 2 in Council Grove.
Powell is accused of three counts of aggravated indecent liberties involving separate alleged illegal acts with three different children under the age of 14, with two of the children under the age of 10 at the time of the alleged incidents.
