An Osage City man has been arrested for suspected drug activity following a traffic stop in Osage County Thursday afternoon.
According to Osage County Sheriff Chris Wells, an Osage County Deputy conducted a traffic stop at 4th and Lincoln Street in Osage City for an alleged traffic violation. During the stop, illegal narcotics were reportedly located in the vehicle driven by 39-year-old David Cannon.
Cannon was taken into custody on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Formal charges are pending at last word.
