ValuNet Fiber and Sparklight are encouraging schools and organizations serving students in grades K-12 to submit applications for the annual Dream Bigger contest.
Schools and organizations in Emporia are eligible to participate for the ValuNet contest, which gives one entity a $2,500 donation for science, technology, engineering or math projects or clubs. Schools and organizations nationwide are eligible for the Sparklight contest, which will lead to six winners of $2,500 donations.
Entries through ValuNet can be made at myvalunet.com/promotions/dbcontest through March 12. Five finalists will be selected, with the winner determined by public online voting between March 14-21.
