Local law enforcement and emergency responders have had a busy Thursday morning.
Emporia Fire and Emporia Police responded to a reported injury crash involving a Cintas truck and passenger car at 12th and Prairie around 9:30 am. Ultimately, Emporia Fire did not take anybody to the hospital after that wreck. Emporia Police is investigating.
Less than 20 minutes later, Lyon County Rural Fire and Lyon County deputies went to a reported fire in the 1100 block of Road 190 just north of Emporia. Further details about that incident are currently pending.
