Lebo girls punched their ticket to a second consecutive state title game, defeating Wallace County 47-36.
Lebo, led by 13 points from Saige Hadley, never trailed in the contest racing out to a 9-3 lead after the first quarter.
Wallace County tied it up in the second quarter 13-13 with 3:34 left. Lebo responded with 3-0 run to end the half.
Lebo’a run would be extended to 12 midway through the third, before leading 34-21 at the end of the third.
Lebo will face Hanover at 6pm for the state championship.
Lebo boys overcame a low scoring first half, winning 45-38 against Axtell.
Lebo led 4-2 after the end of the first quarter, extending their lead to 3 at the half 12-9.
Grayson Shoemaker found a rhythm in the second half, scoring, helping Lebo push their advantage to seven into the fourth.
Each Axtell run would be matched by Lebo in the fourth, holding on to advance to their second straight championship game.
Lebo will play Cunnnigham at 4pm.
