The National Teachers Hall of Fame has started announcing the inductees for its 2024 class.
Hall of Fame representatives went to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to honor high school English teacher Shelly Moore Krajacic. Besides being a classroom teacher for 25 years, she has also served on the National Education Association’s executive committee.
The second honoree is Terry Kaldhusal, a 30-year teacher in Wales, Wisconsin.
Three other career educators will be announced before the Hall of Fame has its formal induction ceremonies — early May in Washington, DC, and mid-June in Emporia.
