Emporia High’s Stewart and Simons take ninth at Salina Central

Emporia High seniors Sheldon Stewart and Jacob Simons finished ninth in doubles at Salina Central on Tuesday. The duo went 3-1 on the day. Tuesday was the duo’s second tournament playing as a team after the two played singles for the first two tournaments of the season. Stewart and Simons are now 5-3 as a doubles team this spring. Emporia High is back in action on April 19 when it hosts a tournament.
