Monthly economic development meetings are taking place this week in Emporia.
The Emporia Enterprises Board will discuss its proposed 2025 budget before holding an executive session and a conversation on unspecified other business.
The Emporia Enterprises meeting will be at 4 pm at White Auditorium City Conference Room 1AB.
Meanwhile, the Regional Development Association of Easte Central Kansas Board of Directors will meet at 7 am Friday at the Trusler Business Center. Agenda items include an update on the work of the Economic Development Structure Advisory Task Force, a Bioeconomy Development Zone update on marketing and other matters, conversation on the proposed 2025 budget and an executive session.
