Sundays at the Site is set to return this weekend.
The series kicks off Writing & Publishing Creative Nonfiction presented by Tracy Million Simmons of Meadowlark Press.
Event Organizer Roger Heineken says this presentation should give community members something else that’s being done in Emporia.
Attendees will learn about how to write nonfiction from Simmons.
Besides Sunday’s presentation, Heineken says it’s valuable for the series to have local resources like Greg Jordan and Lisa Soller of the Lyon County History Center able to present during their series.
Attendees can also tour Red Rocks on Sundays from 1 to 5 p.m. Tours are also available Wednesday through Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
