A vehicle stop in Emporia led to an arrest on numerous outstanding warrants.
James Paul Davis, age 47 of Emporia, was arrested on suspicion of being a fugitive from justice, as well as flee and elude, possession separately of methamphetamine, marijuana and paraphernalia and interference with law enforcement.
