Part of northwest Emporia is dealing with unscheduled water main repairs Wednesday morning.
City Communications Manager Christine Torrens reported a water main break in the 1600 block of Casa Loma shortly before 5:30 am. Other details are currently pending, but Torrens says water service will be affected.
