An Emporia man accused of attempted aggravated arson and another count as part of an alleged incident this past summer will be back in court Tuesday.
Benjamin Paul White is set for a pretrial before Judge Jeff Larson at 10 am.
White is accused of trying to set a building at 1282 Road 180 on fire with a person inside the building this past August. Besides attempted arson, White is also charged with aggravated assault.
