Sentencing is next in a Lyon County attempted arson and aggravated assault.
Benjamin Paul White accepted a no-contest plea agreement to one count of attempted aggravated arson during a pretrial hearing Tuesday. A charge of aggravated assault was then dismissed.
White had been accused of trying to set a building at 1282 Road 180 on fire with a person inside the building this past August.
Sentencing will be at 10 am July 12.
