The Truckin’ For Tucker fourth annual 5K Run/Walk is set for Saturday.
Registration and check-in start at 8 a.m. with the race to begin at 9 a.m. at the Lyon County Fairgrounds Walking Trail.
The event supports the Tucker Lee Everyone Plays Fund through the Emporia Community Foundation. The fund assists local youth in participating in sports by offering financial aid for fees, gear, and equipment.
The cost is $25 for adults and for youth 14 and under is $15. Prizes will be awarded in different categories. You can register by visiting emporiarec.org or emailing everyoneplaysfund@gmail.com.
