The Emporia-Lyon County Metropolitan Area Planning Commission has a pair of business items ahead for its monthly meeting Tuesday.
Board members will a request for a ground floor dwelling unit at 324 East Sixth, just east of King Liquor. Another agenda item relates to possibly amending city zoning code when it comes to the city’s sign regulation table.
The meeting starts at 6 pm at the Municipal Court Room.
