Work continues towards fall openings at the Emporia Pavilions’ newest offerings.
Developer Spencer Thomson says the Old Navy store has been turned over to its management team so it can be stocked and staffed, and a similar step is coming for Five Below and Maurices.
Five Below has prominently displayed its plans to open Aug. 23. Opening dates are pending for the other two stores.
Thomson says he is nearing completion on leases for at least two more nationally-known tenants. Thomson also continues to work towards bringing several restaurants to the development.
This is the third phase of construction at the Pavilions at 24th and Industrial. Ross Dress for Less, Shoe Dept Encore and Marshalls opened in late 2022 or early last year. Hobby Lobby was the first store at the Pavilions, opening in 2017.
