Jury trial may be coming early next month in a Lyon County drug distribution case.
Skylar Creed has a status hearing Wednesday. Jury trial could start as soon as Aug. 5 or Aug. 19 after it had been originally set to begin in May and then was rescheduled for to start as early as June. Creed allegedly failed to appear in May, resetting the court docket.
Creed is charged with unlawfully distributing up to 100 dosage units of fentanyl, as well as possessing marijuana and methamphetamine, as part of an alleged incident in early August 2023.
Co-defendant Stephen Jennison has pleaded no contest and received 18 months probation with an underlying two-year prison term.
