Formal charges are pending against an Emporia man allegedly involved a chase this past weekend.
Lyon County deputies arrested 18-year-Bradyn Douglas Hayes early Sunday. Hayes was arrested on suspicion on attempted flee and elude, as well as interference with law enforcement, driving under the influence and reckless driving.
