For the second straight year, Emily Wittgartner had the Lyon County Fair’s top hand pet. And for the second straight year, she paired with her ferret, Angel, for the honor.
Wittgartner says her approach to this year’s fair didn’t vary much at all from last year.
Wittgartner has always been interested in ferrets, so she was glad she’s had the chance to show Angel.
Now that the fair has started, Wittgartner is taking a simple approach to the next two weeks.
And Wittgartner is also planning to take Angel with her to college, wherever that may be.
