An Olathe man faces possible drug distribution charges after an arrest Saturday in Osage County.
Sheriff Chris Wells says the arrest of 31-year-old Jason Self followed a traffic stop on US Highway 75 outside Carbondale shortly before 5 pm Saturday. Wells says an unspecified amount of illegal narcotics were found during the stop.
Self was arrested on suspicion of distributing cocaine, possessing paraphernalia, transporting an open container of alcohol and driving with a suspended license. He was also arrested on an unspecified arrest warrant.
Formal charges are pending.
