Emporia Police are investigating after a case of unauthorized fireworks use in Emporia on Monday night.
Emporia Fire Capt. Willie Ward says firefighters responded to Las Casitas Park around 7 pm and found fireworks-related damage to a bathroom.
There are no reports of injuries. Other details are pending and suspect information has not been announced.
