The Lyon County Fairgrounds will be active Saturday for Emporia’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
Activities will be at the Lyon County Fairgrounds, starting with registration at 8:45 am, ceremony including a promise garden at 9:45 and the official walk immediately afterward. Spokesperson Morgan Miller says fundraising is doing well leading into the weekend event.
KVOE’s Tagan Trahoon broadcasts live from 9-10:30 am. Miller says there will also be vendors and food on hand.
