Anissa Gardner-Lagg was the subject of a hearing in Lyon County District Court on Wednesday as part of an aggravated child endangerment and low-level drug distribution case. Now she is back in jail after being arrested for more suspected drug activity.
Gardner-Lagg was arrested early Thursday on suspicion of conspiracy to distrubute drugs. More information about the case has not been divulged and formal charges are currently pending.
Wednesday’s hearing stemmed from alleged illegal activity in August, leading to charges of distributing a small amount of methamphetamine, possessing marijuana, meth and paraphernalia and aggravated endangerment. Her preliminary hearing had been moved from Wednesday to Dec. 17 due to a scheduling conflict.
