The Sertoma Club of Emporia is inviting the community to breakfast Saturday.
The club will be hosting its annual all-you-can-eat biscuits and gravy scholarship fundraising breakfast at the Emporia Senior Center beginning at 7 am. Sertoma Club member Vicki Brooks, a recent guest of KVOE’s Morning Show, says as always proceeds from the breakfast will go to support several scholarships for students at Emporia State University and Flint Hills Technical College.
On top of the biscuits and gravy, Saturday’s menu will also include biscuit sandwiches, scrambled eggs, sausage patties and a drink. The breakfast will run through 11 am or until supplies last.
