Formal charges are pending after the arest of a Lenexa man following an alleged chase across parts of Lyon County late last week.
The Kansas Highway Patrol arrested Ovie Lafrance Duncan III on Friday on suspicion of flee and elude, interference with law enforcement, possession of both unspecified controlled substances and unspecified stolen property and driving with a canceled, suspended or revoked license.
Incident details have not been released by the Highway Patrol.
