A date has not been set, but Emporia is looking at a second Dollar Tree opening relatively soon.
Signage on the new, nearly 10,000-square-foot store in the 900 block of East 12th, between Goodcents and Old Rum’s Liquor, was hung recently.
The store will add to the Dollar Tree currently in the 2200 block of Industrial Road. It also has served to replace the Family Fun Center, including the batting cages and go-kart track, earlier this spring.
