The Emporia-Lyon County Metropolitan Area Planning Commission has a short agenda for its monthly meeting Tuesday.
Board members will have a public hearing on rezoning two addresses, 1116 Constitution and 1120 Constitution, from Multi-Family to Flex-Use High. Planning and Zoning Administrator Justin Givens says this is part of an ongoing effort to properly zone certain properties after some were wrongly classified inadvertently when the city’s new zoning regulations and map were approved.
The meeting is at 6 pm at the Municipal Court Room.
