Court proceedings are underway in a Greenwood County break-in case.
The Greenwood County Sheriff’s Office says it responded to a Veterans Day call of someone trying to break into a garage in Madison by using a hatchet. Deputies then arrested Ronald Houser, who has now been charged with criminal damage, criminal trespass and possession of both marijuana and paraphernalia.
Court dates have not posted to the Kansas District Court Public Access Portal.
