The Emporia High Unified Bowling team placed eighth at the Unified Bowling State Championships held at West Ridge Lanes in Topeka on Tuesday. Emporia High finished with a series of 812 finishing behind Great Bend, Hays, Liberal, Garden City, Seaman, and Salina. The placing is the first in program history in its second year.
