A man who allegedly led a law enforcement pursuit in parts of Lyon County last month will have a pretrial hearing next month.
Ovie LaFrance Duncan III had a preliminary hearing Thursday and was set for a pretrial Jan. 9 by Judge Lee Fowler.
Duncan is charged with felony flee and elude and interference with law enforcement after an alleged chase early last month.
