The criminal court process is set to begin Wednesday for a Florida man accused of being a fugitive from justice in a sexual violence case.
Eduardo Gonzalez Gonzalez, age 32 of Pensacola, was arrested Sunday and was later charged with being a fugitive. Documents on the Kansas District Court Public Access Portal indicate Gonzalez allegedly left Leon County, Florida, after a charge of sexual battery.
Gonzalez’ first hearing is shortly after 1 pm.
