Court dates are pending, but formal charges have been filed after an alleged robbery and chase incident in Lyon County from almost a month ago.
Documents from the Kansas District Court Public Access Portal show 28-year-old Coryon Jamaire Green of Emporia was charged with single counts of aggravated robbery, aggravated witness or victim intimidation, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Green was also charged with one count of flee and elude with an alternate count of fleeing law enforcement.
Emporia Police officers arrested Green on Saturday after the alleged incident on or about Dec. 18. Additional details about the case have not been divulged.
