A pretrial hearing is coming next month in a Lyon County drug distribution case.
David Lee Pohl had a preliminary hearing Wednesday and will return to court Feb. 13.
Pohl is charged with distributing up to 100 grams of methamphetamine as part of an alleged incident shortly before Christmas. He’s also charged with possessing drug paraphernalia.
