This Sunday, the Kansas City Chiefs will attempt to make history by three-peating as Super Bowl Champions.
No doubt, all of Chiefs Kingdom will have a close eye on the contest between the boys in red and the Philadelphia Eagles including Emporian Nancy Rumold who says she could not be any more invested in her Chiefs than she is right now. That could have something to do with the fact that Rumold had one of the best seats in the house for the Chief’s AFC Championship win over Buffalo two weeks ago as she was the honored guest in the Lamar Hunt Legacy Seat.
Rumold says the experience was remarkable from start to finish.
Rumold was given the honor in recognition of her 30 years of work with Special Olympics where she has served as a coach and volunteer. Rumold says her players have been reaching out to her nonstop since the AFC Championship and she hopes that her recent honor will serve as a source of inspiration to them throughout their lives saying she wants nothing but the best for them.
Rumold is no stranger to Chiefs games as she has been a fan since the late 1970s and a season ticketholder for the last 16 years. In terms of her thoughts on the big game this weekend, Rumold says much like her Special Olympics athletes, she has nothing but faith in the Chiefs to pull off a historic win so long as they give it their all and play with heart.
