A Coffey County bridge project is moving forward after bid approval by the Kansas Department of Transportation.
The bridge is on Kansas Highway 58 over Crooked Creek, or almost seven miles east of the K-58 southern junction with US Highway 75. The bridge is set to be replaced.
B & B Bridge Company of St Paul, Kansas, won the contract with a nearly $2.3 million bid.
A construction timetable has not been announced.
