One man facing charges of flee and elude and aggravated battery, among others, will return to Lyon County District Court next month.
Following a preliminary hearing Monday, Cristian Jesus Lopez was set for a pretrial hearing May 23.
Lopez was charged after an alleged incident March 8, including single counts of aggravated battery DUI and flee and elude. The aggravated battery count has an alternate of third-offense DUI, while the flee count has an alternate flee and elude charge. Lopez is also charged with criminal damage to property.
