The Spring season for the Emporia Farmer’s Market begins this weekend.
Saturday sales return to the 7th and Merchant parking lot from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Market Manager Tricia Fullerton says there will be a variety of goods for patrons to look forward to purchasing at the first sale of the spring season.
The winter season recently wrapped up with sales being steady at Water’s Hardware, according to Fullerton. Fullerton says the partnership with Water’s is great to have to utilize their space during the winter season and when the market needs to move out of downtown due to events, such as Unbound Grave later this month.
